Sales and marketing department is FERRO’s face and has overall responsibility for ensuring that each customer is supported properly. We know that our customers are demanding B-2-B customers and emphasize that our vendors in addition to the commercial experience also has a technical knowledge as a basis to discuss projects and assignments with clients.
Customer focus is a key issue for FERRO, and as needed establishes internal customer teams with participants from several functional areas, typically sales, engineering and production.
The internal customer teams meet regularly and are designed to coordinate all activities and demand around the customer. This ensures the sales organization, the Key Account customers can always get the best support – even if sellers are on a business trip.
